On a trip to Milwaukee I discovered a box of film slides, each one with an image of strangers. I had the idea to use these images as writing prompts and compile the writings into a zine. In collaboration with Hayden Davis & many friends as contributing writers, we created “No Longer Strangers” a collection of poems, essays, short stories & more. It’s an attempt to connect with and understand the people in these photos, until we are no longer strangers.
